Every Dusty Singh piece begins as a hand-sculpted clay original.

• Organic Variation: Because each piece is finished by hand, minor variations in texture, color, and finish are not considered defects, but rather the unique “fingerprints” of the artist.

• Digital-Physical Hybrid: While we use high-resolution 3D technology for precision, the final product remains an artisanal item.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, sculptures, digital files, brand imagery, and text on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Dusty Singh.

• You are granted a license to display our art for personal use.

• Prohibited Use: You may not replicate, scan, remold, or commercially redistribute any Dusty Singh designs without express written consent.

3. Orders and Payments
